Send your dates and we reply with a timetable, not a brochure

Every weekend route leaves with a fixed schedule: clock times for each stop, total hours in transit, nights booked and the walking load. Write to us with the details below and the route team answers within one working day, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 Kyiv time.

What to include

  • DatesThe weekend you want, or the two options that would both work.
  • GroupNumber of adults and children, with ages, so seats and rooms fit.
  • Start cityWhere you depart from, and whether you prefer train or minibus.
  • RouteCarpathians, Podillia, Polissia, Black Sea or Center, plus any stop you care about.
  • NeedsDietary notes, accessibility requirements, or a slower walking pace.

03 / Inquiry

Send your dates, we send the route sheet

One request is enough. The route team answers within one working day with availability, the deposit amount and the balance deadline for your chosen weekend. Prices are always shown as "from" and stay subject to availability.

Route: Carpathians, 2 days Breakfast is included. Lunch and dinner are not, unless the route sheet says so. Service area is government-controlled Ukraine only.

Questions about departure times, hotel lists or invoices go to the same two people who plan the itineraries. Send a note and you get a reply within one business day.
