How phravox.com handles personal data from booking inquiries and how you can exercise your rights.

1. Controller

2. Data we collect

  • Inquiry details: name, email, phone, travel dates, destination, traveller count, message.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, cookie identifiers.

This page never asks for card data or special categories of personal data.

3. Purposes and bases

  • Answering inquiries and preparing an offer — pre-contract steps at your request (Закон України «Про туризм» № 324/95-ВР).
  • Concluding and performing the contract, including cancellation handling.
  • Marketing emails, only with your consent, withdrawable at any time.
  • Accounting, tax and complaint records required by law.
  • Non-essential cookies, only with consent (Закон України «Про електронні комунікації» № 2824-IX).

4. Retention

Inquiries: 24 months from last contact. Contract and accounting records: as long as Ukrainian law requires (generally 3 years). Cookie consents: 12 months. Then data is deleted or anonymised.

5. Sharing

We share only what is necessary with tour operators, hotels, carriers, insurers and IT hosting providers acting on our instructions. We never sell personal data. Transfers outside Ukraine rely on a lawful basis and safeguards.

6. Your rights

Request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing, or withdraw consent at hello@phravox.com. We answer within the period set by № 3624-IX. You may complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

7. Form and language

The booking inquiry form redirects to a confirmation page; submitted data is processed as described above. Consumer information is also available in Ukrainian (Закон України «Про забезпечення функціонування української мови як державної» № 2704-VIII).
