Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Seller and scope

The seller is phravox.com, sole proprietor (PE), EDRPOU code 35321977, Business Center «Leonardo», 12 Khreshchatyk Street, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine. Email: hello@phravox.com. Phone: +380 730 265 4728. This policy forms part of the service contract and applies to every booking we confirm in writing.

2. Cancellation by the customer

• 7 or more days before the start: refund of the amount paid, less documented third-party costs already incurred.
• 2 to 6 days before the start: refund of 50% of the price.
• Less than 48 hours before the start, or no-show: no refund.

Statutory consumer rights always prevail over these tiers.

3. Rescheduling

You may move a booking once, free of charge, if you notify us at least 72 hours before the start, subject to availability and any price difference for the new date.

4. Changes and cancellation by us

We may change or cancel a service where safety conditions, severe weather, transport disruptions, road or border closures, or local restrictions make performance unsafe or impossible. In that case you may choose, free of charge: a new date, an itinerary of equal value, or a full refund of the price paid for services not provided.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Bank or payment-provider fees charged by third parties are not refundable.

6. Complaints

Send complaints to hello@phravox.com or +380 730 265 4728. We reply within 10 business days. You may also contact the central executive authority implementing state consumer protection policy (Derzhprodspozhyvsluzhba) or apply to a court.
