Published terms for rescheduling, refunds, and advisories

These conditions apply to every 48-hour route on the weekends board, and they are shown before payment rather than after it.

Reschedule more than 72 h before departure
Move to any later date on the same route at no charge, once. Availability is confirmed by email before the change is locked in.
Reschedule 72–24 h before departure
One date change with a fee of 15% of the route price. The deposit already paid is carried over in full.
Cancel 7 or more days out
Full refund of the deposit and any balance paid, minus bank transfer costs.
Cancel 6–3 days out
50% of the route price is retained; the remainder is refunded within 10 business days.
Cancel under 72 h
Non-refundable, because hotel nights and rail seats are already issued in your name.
Operator-led change or travel advisory
If a route becomes unsafe or a stop closes, you choose between a same-value alternative date, a different itinerary, or a full refund.
Service area
Routes run in government-controlled Ukraine only. Crimea and non-government-controlled areas are not served.

A 30% deposit secures the date; the balance is due 7 days before departure. Ask about a specific date by sending the route code through the contact form, or check the clock times for each stop before you book.
