2. Use and inquiries
Use the site lawfully and do not copy its content without permission. An inquiry is not a booking: a contract arises only when we confirm price, availability and terms in writing and you accept.
3. Prices and advertising
Prices are in the stated currency and may change before confirmation; availability is confirmed in writing. Offers are advertising, valid for the stated period and subject to published conditions (Закон України «Про рекламу» № 270/96-ВР).
4. Tourism services
For travel we state whether we act as operator or agent and give the essential terms — itinerary, inclusions, accommodation, transport, cancellation — before booking (Закон України «Про туризм» № 324/95-ВР).
5. Cancellation and complaints
Cancellation and Refund Rules form part of these terms; contact hello@phravox.com first. Your rights under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 1023-XII are unaffected; you may also contact the State Consumer Protection Service of Ukraine.
6. Data and cookies
We process personal data on lawful bases, including consent where required (see Privacy Policy, Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» № 3624-IX). Non-essential cookies are set only with your consent (Закон України «Про електронні комунікації» № 2824-IX).
7. Liability and language
The site is “as is”; we are not liable for indirect loss or events beyond our control. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud or rights that cannot be limited by law.
